Orders
Nedco is a manufacturer and wholesaler so we only supply business customers. A VAT / KvK number is required to order.
You need an account to order as a business customer. You can log in via the button ' for dealers'. You will then see the current stock and prices that apply to you.
Don't have an account yet? Then you can request an account here. You will be asked to fill in a form that requires a KvK and VAT number. This form will be received by our customer service team who will check which product range is relevant to you and which price agreements apply to you. Once this has been set up, you will receive confirmation from us within a few days and you will be able to order securely.

It is easy to keep track of different projects and create separate order lists for them.
Select the product you want to add to your list. Click on the heart to open a window where you can add the product to your existing order list or create a new order list.
This way you have a good overview of what you need for each project.

You will receive your invoice on the day we ship your order. You will receive it at the email address set up in your account.
Delivery and collection
We always try to get an order to the customer as quickly as possible but we are currently dealing with circumstances that can extend the delivery time. It also varies according to whether the item is a standard product on the shelf or has to be specially produced.
In general, the delivery time is 2 to 3 days.
When ordering on the website, you can indicate when you would prefer to receive the order. But we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order on the specified date.
No, at the moment it is not possible to collect orders on site.
Custom-made products
For custom-made products, the delivery time is agreed in consultation with you. We do this because the delivery time depends on various factors such as the dimensions, order quantity, and material.
No, custom products assembled/produced especially for the customer cannot be returned.
