Discover the possibilities from Nedco Display. You will be amazed by the many possibilities available with our machinery and you'll be even more impressed with our people.
Most of our products are manufactured in our own factory. Our extensive range of machines enables us to perform many different product operations and treatments. Many of our colleagues who are part of the production department face barriers in accessing the labour market. We give them a chance, a chance that sometimes they have been waiting for all their lives. They truly flourish by being part of a team.
Do you have an idea you'd like to bring to life? Or would you just like to learn about all the different options? Then get in touch with Nedco Display. We are here to help.
We recently invested heavily in our CO2 laser cutting machines. We now have three laser cutting machines at our disposal.
Our laser machines cut very precisely and our special software reduces cutting losses.
The machines have a large range and can process the following sizes:
- 250 x 135 cm.
- 150 x 100 cm.
- 130 x 90 cm.
Injection moulding involves the injection of liquid plastic into a mould under high pressure. The plastic thus takes on the shape of the mould. The plastic is then solidified by cooling it. Then our robot removes the product from the mould and puts it onto a storage belt. Here it can fully harden for further assembly or packaging.
The injection moulding machine can produce 109 A5 leaflet holders per hour.
Some examples of products we produce with our injection moulding machine are:
- Leaflet holders
- Business card holders
Our UV printer makes it possible to print on a wide variety of materials. Printing on our brochure and leaflet holders is especially common.
A UV print hardens directly under ultraviolet light. This allows us to print directly onto almost all of our (flat) products.
The maximum size we can print on our printer is 297 x 420 mm. This large surface area makes it possible to customise products with a unique look.
We can fold plastic sheets at any angle on our folding tables. This creates many different options.
By heating the plate above a filament, the plastic becomes 'soft'. We then fold the plastic into the desired shape and place it in a mould to harden.
The maximum width of a sheet that we can fold is 120 cm. Folding by hand guarantees the best quality. We can fold 'tighter' by hand than a machine can.
Some examples are:
- L-stands
- T-stands
A CNC mill enables us to cut and process very detailed material. A rotary drill removes material very precisely, down to the millimetre. This makes CNC milling ideal for projects that require several machining processes. For example, after CNC plastic milling, it is still possible to glue the parts together.
The surface area that we can process is 250 x 135 cm.
We glue various products together to create a unique whole. In our special glue room, we work with high quality UV glue. This glue leaves no residue and is not visible once it has hardened.
Gluing makes it possible to make a cube of plastic, for example.
Drilling plastic requires an accurate approach. Our machines are set up in such a way that almost no deviation can occur. This ensures optimum quality.
The surface and edges may show minor unevenness when the material is processed. To correct this, we use a polishing machine. This makes the edges of the material completely smooth again.
This does not just look good, but also improves the gluing of the material. The glue adheres better and the finish is nicer.
The addition of two robotic arms and a storage belt to our injection moulding machine allows us to produce 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The robot removes the product or semi-finished product from the injection moulding machine. This is done with a suction cup under air pressure, so the product remains completely intact and you will not see any traces of it. The robotic arm places the product on the highest storage belt. Once it is full, another robotic arm places the products on one of the other storage belts. For example, we can produce up to 3472 A5 leaflet holders without having to pack them up immediately.
Our design department develops our new products. They are first drawn completely in 3D so that we can already identify points for improvement before they go into production.
The designers ensure that each project starts with a good working drawing and beautiful visuals.

Our labelling department can provide your products with their own barcode or label. This enables us to create our products entirely in keeping with your corporate style. This also makes dropshipping possible.
We can pack or repack many of our products in your own packaging. It is also possible to send orders in blank packaging.
